Join Bake Off Star Lesley for a Bread and Flavoured Butter Masterclass

Great British Bake Off 2025 star Lesley is returning to Wellingtons Kitchens in Erith on Saturday 17th October for a special Bread and Flavoured Butter Masterclass.

During this hands-on session, Lesley will guide guests through the process of making delicious homemade bread from scratch. You’ll learn how to prepare, knead, prove and shape your dough, with practical advice from Lesley to help you achieve great results at home.

The masterclass will also include making flavoured butter, the perfect accompaniment to freshly baked bread. Lesley will share ideas and techniques for adding extra flavour and creating something a little different.

The event will take place in our working kitchen showroom, giving guests the opportunity to bake using our kitchen displays and appliances. Whether you’re an experienced home baker or trying bread-making for the first time, the session will be relaxed, welcoming and suitable for all abilities.

You’ll leave with new skills, plenty of baking inspiration and your own freshly baked creations to enjoy.
